Description
Grovtec QD cup is a QD sling swivel counterpart. There are two kinds of cups, full rotation cups and limited rotation cups. The limited rotation cup is recommended to be installed back on the same side as the bulb nub. This way your two-point sling don´t slip over the stock.
The QD cup has threads on the side. When you start the installation, you must first drill a hole to the stock. Then you make threads and screw the cup in using Allan key. You can use epoxy or super to clue the cup in.
You can install the cup on wooden or plastic stock. Some plastic stocks are so thin on some parts, so you must reinforce the stock. The reinforcing is easy with epoxy or added material.
After installing QD cups on your traditional hunting weapon you can use modern slings.
