All our sling products are covered by a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty includes issues such as broken stitching, faulty hardware or other clear production flaws.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents.
- Fading or changes caused by washing chemicals or sunlight.
If a defect by this warranty occurs, we will repair the product, replace it with new one, or offer a refund at our discretion. We want you to feel confident in choosing our products and will always do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our products.
